Recipe: Carrabas Pasta Weesie

Misc.
Hi Julia,Here is a recipe that I havent tried yet.Hope its what your looking for.I have tried when eating out at restaurants, Shrimp in Garlic Sauce over pasta. Its so good! This sounds really close to what I think you want.Let me know after you try it what you think ok?Also I dont see why you couldnt substitute butter for the olive oil in this recipe, just watch your heat-temp.so that it doesnt burn. This would be great over whatever kind of pasta you like but angel hair(capellini) would definitely absorb the sauce the best i'm thinking.I also have a recipe for Angel Hair Pasta in Garlic Sauce that has parmesan cheese in it,which would be good with sauteed shrimp or chicken ,if you would like it I could post it.Just let me know ok?Good luck & great eating!

1/2 tsp.freshly grated nutmeg
