Recipe: Casino Theme Birthday Party Ideas - dice cakes -- a thought ....

Hi AJ I was looking at your post and had an immediate thought ....
if it is your hubbies 50th (traditionally a black theme) why not reverse the color on the dice -- black frosting (you would need to get a decorators frosting) with white dots -- to total lucky 7?
It might be nice to 2-3 layers of square cake and frost between layers so that they are true "cubes" and put numbers on all the sides that show.

Can you make up some small side cakes to look like hoyle cards?? Or just put some cards scattered around the cake?
I'm not really a baker but I can imagine it well -- haha

Oh oh wait -- how could you incorperate $50 bills into the theme -- gambleing, money, turing 50 .... ummmmm
