Recipe: Cheesy-Easy Chicken Parmesan (pasta cooked in the sauce, Hunt's label recipe)

CHEESY-EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN

4 frozen breaded, cooked chicken breasts (about lb.)
1 (26.5 oz.) can Hunts Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, divided use
3 cups water
3 cups uncooked rotini pasta
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 slices (3/4 oz. each) mozzarella cheese
Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Bake chicken breasts on baking sheet according to package directions.

Combine 3 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Mix in Parmesan cheese; arrange chicken on pasta. Top each breast with equal portions of remaining sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese; turn off heat and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

Makes 4 servings
