Recipe(tried): Cheesy Rice

Cheesy Rice

1/2 c water
2 c instant minute white rice (Uncooked)
1/2 lb (8 oz) Velveeta process cheese (cut up)

Bring water to a boil in saucepan.
Stir in rice and Velveeta.
Cook and stir on low heat until Velveeta is melted then cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5-7 minutes until creamy.
Stir.
Makes 4 (1 cup) servings
*Variation- As a side for tacos or enchiladas you can substitute Velveeta Mexican cheese in this recipe.
