Cherry Chocolate Marble Cake

1 pkg Cherry flavored cake mix or cherry chip cake mix with pudding in mix
3 1/2 oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup Cooking oil
4 Eggs
1 cup Water
Red food coloring
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate; melted

Chocolate glaze:
2 cups Powdered sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa
1 tbsp Soft butter or margarine
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 to 4 tsp Milk

P lace the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, and water in a large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Add enough red food coloring to make the cake batter pink. (Start by adding 3 or 4 drops, add more drops of food coloring as necessary to get the shade of pink you want.) Beat cake batter 2 more minutes. Pour half of the batter into another bowl and add the melted chocolate , mix well. In a greased and floured bundt pan (or 13 by 9 inch pan), pour half the pink batter and spread it evenly. Then add half the chocolate batter mix and spread evenly. Then pour the rest of the pink batter and spread it, and then the rest of the chocolate batter and spread it. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes for bundt pan (for 13 by 9 inch pan, bake it 40 to 45 minutes or till done.) Cool bundt cake in pan 15 minutes and then turn out on plate.

If you make it a bundt cake, put this chocolate glaze on your cake: Glaze: In a small bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and butter. Add vanilla; add milk gradually to get the right consistency and smoothness. If you make this cake in a 13 by 9 inch pan, use chocolate frosting or cherry frosting.
