CHICKEN A LA KING PACKETS
4 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lbs.)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimento, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
Hot cooked rice or puff pastry shells (for serving)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
Cut chicken in strips. Combine chicken, soup, mushrooms, green pepper, pimento, basil and Worcestershire sauce.
Center one-fourth of onion slices on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Spoon chicken mixture over onion slices.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
Bake 16 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 10 to 12 minutes in covered grill.
Serve over rice or pastry shells.
