Recipe(tried): Chicken and Rice

This chicken and Rice is great, and so easy to make!

3/4 stick butter
one med onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. Green Pepper
1 cup Rice
3 Chicken Buillion cubes
2 Cups Boiling water
1 can mushroom soup
1 Chicken cut up or the parts of chicken you like to eat best only

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 pan in the oven 350 degrees. Remove from heat and add onion, pepper, and the rice. Dissove the buillion cubes in the boiling water. Add to the mixture in the pan, and then blend in the moshroom soup. Place the chicken on the top. Bake at the 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. After about 45 minutes put foil on the top. Hope you like it.
