CHICKEN DIVAN
4 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lbs.)
3 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Hot cooked rice (to serve)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Arrange broccoli around chicken.
Combine soup, mushrooms and cheese; spoon sauce over chicken and broccoli. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
Bake 20 to 24 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill
16 to 18 minutes in covered grill.
Serve over rice.
