Recipe(tried): Chicken Dumpling and Ikan Bilis Soup

CHICKEN DUMPLING AND IKAN BILIS SOUP

FOR THE DUMPLINGS:
5 to 10 dumpling skins (Goyza)
minced chicken(according to numbers of people eating.)
15 small prawns, minced
1 egg white
FOR THE SOUP:
water
ikan bilis (anchovies)

Mix minced chicken and prawns together. Put a small portion in the middle of the dumpling skin. Put some egg white at on the dumpling skin. Fold it into half and make sure it don't open. Make the number of dumplings you want.

After finished making, boil dumplings in a pot of water (any amount) until the flour on the outer surface of skin comes out. Remove from water.

Boil ikan bilis in water (according to number of dumpling). After it boils, put the boiled dumplings into the pot for a while so that the dumplings get the taste of ikan bilis.

Put the dumplings into a bowl, garnish, and serve.
