This is my niece's recipe, and I don't have exact measurements, but she does make a good salad.
Simmer chicken breast (1 makes 3 sandwiches) until done, chop roughly and stir until it looks like sawdust. She uses the boneless frozen breast.
Add 1 boiled egg per chicken breast, sweet pickle relish or chopped sweet pickles to taste, salt, lots of black pepper, ball park mustard (do not go heavy on mustard) and mayo. Stir until mixed.
