HOW TO MIX A CAKE MIX IN A BLENDER

Use any packaged cake mix except sponge or angel cake. Preheat oven and prepare pans as directed on package.

Put the liquid and any other ingredients called for on package in the blender container; add half the cake mix. Cover and run on BLEND for about 20 seconds. If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward blades with rubber spatula.

Add remaining cake mix, cover container and run on BLEND about 30 seconds. Be careful not to overblend.

Bake as directed on package.
