Recipe: Chili Cornbread Casserole

Chili Cornbread Casserole

1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can (19 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 jar (17 oz.) Rag Cheese Creations! Spicy Cheddar & Tomato
Pasta Sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 can (8-3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 package corn bread mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In 12-inch
skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Stir in Rag Cheese Creations! Pasta Sauce,
beans, corn and chili powder.

Prepare cornbread mix according to package
directions.

Spread ground beef mixture in ungreased
2-quart baking dish. Spread cornbread
mixture on top. Bake 20 minutes or until
golden and bubbling.
