Recipe(tried): Chilled Cucumber and Yogurt Soup

For the life of me I can,t find my one with ginger added so to make up for it hears a very easy,low kilojoule yummy one!!!!!

CHILLED CUCUMBER AND YOGURT SOUP

2 cucumbers(english)chopped and seeded
2 cups water
2 cups natural yogurt
2 tsp honey
salt and ground pepper to taste
fresh dill,basil or chives chopped

Puree cucumber,water,yogurt,honey and seasoning together.Stir in your choice,all 3 if you like.Chill well and serve.
I,ve served it with a sundried tomatoe batter bread spread with anchovie butter very tasty!got those recs if you would like.
