G'day there Julie, and greetings from Australia. Thanks for posting that recipe, it sounds great. I don't puppose it would be too dificult to experiment and add a little ginger to this recipe. I adore the flavour of ginger, sometimes it only takes a tad to finish off a dish. Yum.
By English cucumbers, do you mean those short squat little ones, dark green and about 15-20 cm's long? Once again many thanks Julie and I'll catch up with you later on. Take care and regards from Angel.
