Recipe: Choke Cherry Jelly

Misc.
This is from the University of Illinois Extension Service

CHOKE CHERRIES--JELLY

Choke cherries can be used to make a jelly. Prepare
the juice by combining 3-1/2 pounds of cherries and 3 cups
of water in a large kettle. Cover and bring to a boil.
Cook 15 minutes. Let juice drain through a jelly bag.
Follow a recipe for sour cherries that comes with a powdered
fruit pectin product.
