Recipe: Sugar-Free Choke Cherry Jelly

I have not tried this myself. I hope it works!

Sugar-free Chokecherry Jelly

2 cups chokecherry juice
2 cups sugar-free apple juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 large package sugar-free cherry Jell-O

Cook chokecherry juice, apple juice and lemon juice over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in unflavored gelatin and cherry gelatin. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Put into jars. Makes 2 pints. Keep jelly refrigerated or frozen until ready to use.
