Recipe: Christmas Buffet

I'm at work so I will try to remember to get you some ideas when I get home. In the meantime, I wanted to reference you to the topic Chat Room Recipe Archive as one that's there right now is Holiday Side Dishes.

Whenever I do a Christmas buffet, I most always make a honey baked ham part of it. I don't know where you are but if you have access to Publix, there's are quite good, and are much more economical than those from the specialty stores.

If you post what kind of access you're going to have to oven(s), that might be helpful to know what to suggest to you.
