Grilled Steaks with Bacon-Mushroom Sauce
Categories: Main dish, Sauces
Yield: 1 Servings
5 ea Slices bacon 1/2-inch pieces
8 oz Package fresh mushrooms
Sliced
1/4 c Dry sherry or water
3/4 c A.1 steak sauce
1 t Packed brown sugar
Cook bacon in skillet over medium high heat until scrips. Remove
bacon and pour off all but 2 tabelspoons drippings.
Cook and stir mushrooms in reserved dripping 5 minutes or until
tender.
Stir in steak sance, sherry or water, brown sugar in same skillet.
Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm.
Grill or broil steaks and top with sauce.

Steak with Roasted Garlic Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings
1 ea Whole bulb garlic no peeled
3/4 c A.1. sauce
1/4 c Dry red wine or water
1/4 c Finely chopped onion
Place garlic on baking sheet bake at 500 degrees for 1--15 mins or
until soft, let cool. Squeee pup from skins and shop slightly. Heat
garlic 1/2 cup steak sauce, wine, and onion in small saucepan to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, keep warm.
Grill steaks to desired doneness brush with sauce. When serving top
with remaining sauce.
*amounts depend on how many steaks, this can do up to 4 steaks*

Sliced Steak with Bold Pepper Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings
1 c Thinky sliced red bell pep
1 c Thinky sliced green pep
1/4 c A.1. sauce
1 T Dry sherry or water
Cook and stir peppers in oil in skillet over medium high heat until
tender-crisp. About 5 mins.
Stir in steak sauce and sherry heat to a boil then reduce and simmer
for 5 mins. Keep warm.
Grill steaks until desired doneness and top with warm pepper sauce.

Teriyaki Steak (or Chicken)
Categories: Main dish, Meats, Poultry, Sauces
Yield: 1 Servings
1/2 c A.1. sauce
2 T Packed brown sugar
2 T Soy sauce
2 ea Cloves of garlic, minced
1 T Ground ginger
Mix steak sauce, brown sugar, soy, garlic and ginger. Place in
plastic bag along with steak or chicken (can be cubed for skewers
too) refrigerate at least 1 hour or more, stirring often.
Remove meat from marinade, and grill steak or chicken until done.
Brush with marinade during cooking. Do not serve as a sauce.
**also can be used on skewers with other vegies or pineapple chucks,
up to you..be creative**

Basil Beef

Yield: 1 Servings
1/3 c A.1. sauce
1 T Chopped garlic
1 T Dried Basil, crumbled
2 t Dried mint, crumbled
2 t Ground ginger
1 ea Juice of one lime or grated
Mis steak sauce, lime peel and juice, garlic, basil, mint, and
ginger. Place in plastic bag and add steak. Marinade at least 1 hour.
Remove steak, discard marinade and grill steaks until done.

Zesty Italian Steak
Categories: Main dish, Marinades, Meats
Yield: 1 Servings
1 ea 6 oz. zesty italian salad
Dressing mix
1/2 c A.1. sauce
Sprinkle salad dressing mix into both sides of steak pressing into
meat. Place steak in a plastic bag and add steak sauce. Refrigerate
for 1 hour.
Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade, and grill until done.

Keller's Quick Steak Marinade
Categories: Main dish, Marinades, Meats
Yield: 1 Servings
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 ea Gloved of garlic, minced
1 T Dijon mustard
Mix all together in plastic bag, place steaks inside and refrigerate
1 hour or more. Grill until done and serve. Discard marinade.
