Recipe: convection ovens

Hi. this is my first time here
I am looking for a tabletop convection oven. I had a Maxim and was
very satisfied with it. Then my cat jumped up on the counter and
knocked the door off which shattered on the floor. The door is no
longer available (and Maxim was bought by another company that couldnt
help. I am looking to buy a replacement that is about the size of
it. The only ones I can find around here are at Service Merchandise
and are smaller than what I need (I dont use the my regular oven and
want something that can handle a small turkey
