Recipe: Caramel Latte Recipes - 5 (NOT Dunkin Donuts)

TORANI CARAMEL LATTE

Makes 1 (16-oz) drink

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Caramel syrup
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso*

Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso.

Notes:
*You may substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee.


TORANI CREAMY CARAMEL LATTE

1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Torani French Vanilla syrup
1/4 oz. (1 1/2 tsp.) Torani Caramel syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
6 oz. (3/4 cup) milk

Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk. Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso.

THREE-MINUTE CARAMEL LATTE

Yields: 2 servings

Blend your own coffeehouse-style creation with this latte recipe-creamy and delicious, it's ready in just three minutes!

1 can (12 fl. oz.) * NESTL CARNATION Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping plus additional for drizzle, if desired
4 teaspoons Gourmet Roast NESCAF TASTER'S CHOICE, divided
1 cup very hot water (slightly less than boiling), divided

MICROWAVE evaporated milk and ice cream topping in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 2 minutes or until very hot. Carefully pour mixture into blender; cover. Blend on high for 1 minute or until very frothy on top.

PLACE 2 teaspoons coffee granules into each 12-ounce coffee mug. Add 1/2 cup hot water to each mug; stir. Gently pour milk mixture into each mug, spooning foam on top. Thinly drizzle foam with ice cream topping, if desired.

* NOTE: May use NESTL CARNATION Evaporated Lowfat or Fat Free Milk instead of Evaporated Milk.

COOKING TIP:
Substitute caramel topping with other ice cream topping flavors, such as chocolate or strawberry.
