Corn Pudding
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2c. whole milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons of flour
4T. butter, cut into small pieces
Mix all together and pour into a buttered 9x9 baking dish. Dot with 4T. butter. Place casserole dish in 325 degree oven. After about 5 minutes, when margarine melts, stir. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
This is a very moist creamy pudding. You can also add a small can of chopped green chilies. ENJOY! -Deb
