CREOLE STYLE CORN
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
1 cup canned tomatoes, well-drained
1 (16 ounce) can Food Club Golden Whole Kernel Corn, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender but still crisp.
Add tomatoes and corn; heat thoroughly. Season to taste.
Makes 6 servings
