Recipe(tried): Crab Quiche (using biscuit mix)

Breakfast and Brunch
CRAB QUICHE

1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
1/8 tsp each salt & pepper
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 tin of crab (can also throw in some small shrimp if you like)

Mix first 6 ingredients, pour into a buttered quiche pan.

Top with alternate layers of cheese and crab. Press down lightly with back of spoon.

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, middle should be tested with knife coming out clean.

I will look for the other recipe and post. This one is yummy Christmas morning, I make the night before along with my harvest hash brown casserole and sausage wraps and it is wonderful with juice, tea & coffee.

Enjoy!
