Recipe(tried): Cracker Barrel Hashbrown casserole (copycat)

Cracker Barrel Hashbrown casserole (copycat)

2 lbs. frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed & drained)
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped finely
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups colby cheese, grated

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Mix soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into the baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
