Recipe(tried): Creamed Spinach

I think their recipe is a little "richer" than the other one posted. I love it too. Try this one...

Creamed Spinach

1/2 onion minced
1 clove garlic minced
1 T olive oil
Heat oil add onion and garlic
add 4 packages of frozed chopped spinach
add 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
put in casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
bake 350 for 30 minutes
