Recipe(tried): Creamy Avocado-Ranch Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
This makes a TON of dip, so halve it unless you're making it for a crowd. Everyone I served this to loved it!

CREAMY AVOCADO-RANCH DIP

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
3 to 4 avocados, peeled and pitted (I recommend using the 4th avocado)

Mix together all but the avocados.

Coarsely mash the avocados, and then gently stir into the sour cream mixture. Cover with plastic wrap (press against the surface of the dip to prevent browning) and refrigerate until serving time.

Make at least an hour ahead, to allow flavors to blend.
