Recipe: Snow Crab Dip (using cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ketchup)

Appetizers and Snacks
SNOW CRAB DIP

6 oz. Snow crab
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip Salad Dressing)
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. ketchup

Mix all ingredients together.

Serve cold on Ritz crackers.

Hi Holly,

If you try adding chopped tomatoes to this, seed the tomatoes before chopping to keep the dip from getting too soft. You can add the chopped fresh cilanto to taste right into the dip or sprinkle on top. Some people don't care for cilantro so if it's served on top they can work around it. I hope this comes close to what you need - maybe someone will have the exact recipe.

Happy Cooking!
