Creamy Dill Dressing
Source: Lesley's Recipe
2-tbsp mayonnaise
2-tbsp plain yogurt
1-tbsp fresh dill, or 1-tsp dried dill
2-tbsp cider vinegar
1-tsp sugar
1/2-tsp Dijon mustard
1/4-tsp salt
1/4-tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients and blend well
Makes about 1/2-cup

1 tablespoon dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until smooth. Cover and chill. Serve over salad greens or as a dip for raw vegetables. Store in the refrigerator.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups.

1/2 lb / 225 g tofu
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 T chopped fresh dill weed or 1 t dried dill weed
1 T chopped fresh basil or 1 t dried basil
1/4 t salt
1/4 t sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
Pinch cayenne
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until very smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add a little more water. To make a thicker dill dip, use less water.

1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill.
