Recipe(tried): Fresh Salsa (not J. Alexander's)

Toppings - Salsas
FRESH SALSA

4 or more tomatoes, cut into squares
1 or 2 onions, cut into squares
4 to 8 Jalapeno peppers*
1 bunch cilantro** (or up to 2 depends how strong they are)
2 tsp salt (add to taste)
1 (14 oz) can tomato puree

Combine tomatoes, onions, and jalapeno peppers. Add a little cilantro at a time along with water to cover your salsa. Add salt to taste, this keeps the salsa from spoiling. Stir in tomato puree. Mix well and refrigerate for a couple hours.

*Depending on how hot you like it or how hot the peppers are, 4 to 8 Jalapeno peppers, I add a little at a time and taste to see when its all mixed then add more.
