I just made up this soup (Creamy White Chili), and I have to say it is excellent! This whole week promises to be dreary, but this will keep my spirits up. The beans cream up nicely with the whipping and sour cream, and by pan frying the chicken beforehand, it comes out quite moist and not too chewy. I made it with one can of chilies and not two since I like things less spicy, and it was flavorful to my tastes with that amout. Much thanks for the recipe-giver!
