I've made this and the chicken is moist and wonderful. However, (always one of those?!) maybe because I'm cheap and don't use the best foil available, there's a "tinny" taste.
What I've done since is put the chicken on a small rack, or on small custard cups. I think the point is to keep it up off the bottom of the slowcooker, is that right?
