Recipe: cupcake clowns in cones

Misc.
Please help my son had a ice cream cone cupcake
dressed like a clown and now he wants them for his
birthday party. I've tired but the cake crumbles
in mine and it didn't in the one he had. So
can any one help me with a recipe? Please.
