Recipe: Sandwich Beef Brisket

Sandwich Beef Brisket
1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing
1 cup Concord grape wine
1 3-lb. beef brisket
Mix salad dressing and wine in a container large enough for brisket; add brisket. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Roast, uncovered, turning once, in marinade at 275 degrees F for 4 hours, or until tender.
Makes 12 to 15 sandwiches or serves 4 to 6 for dinner.
