Recipe(tried): curried bananas

CURRIED BANANAS

nice with meats or poultry
and if you enjoy curry

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp lime juice
3 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
3/4 tsp curry powder
4 to 6 bananas peeled

Mix everything except bananas. Lay whole peeled bananas side by side in a baking dish. Pour on combined mixture. Bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes, basting bananas frequently. Serves 4 to 6
