Recipe(tried): Cutting lemons very thin - Reply to Anita

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
Dear Anita,

I purchased a fish filleting knife a number of years ago. It has a very, very thin flexible blade and a few swishes across a sharpening steel keeps it razor sharp. I use this for cutting my lemons and it works very well, better than my mandoline, in fact.
