Recipe(tried): Dede's Buttermilk Bread

Breads - Bread Machine
I got this recipe from SOAR and it is for bread machines. I hope that you enjoy it.

DEDE'S BUTTERMILK BREAD

1 1/8 cup buttermilk
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. butter
3 T. honey
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Place all ingredients in the bread pan in the order that has been listed. Make sure to put the yeast in LAST. Select the light crust setting and press start.
My machine has a selection of Everyday Breads and that is the setting that I use for this recipe.

This makes wonderful bread to have with soup or to use for sandwiches. ENJOY!
