Recipe: Dill Sauce recipe's (2) for Elly

The first recipe sounds more like what you are looking for...the second looks
like it is made to be served somewhat chilled...Enjoy!

Lemon Dill Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon chervil
dash cayenne pepper

Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat. Combine
cornstarch with water; stir into butter in saucepan. Add lemon juice,
salt, chervil and cayenne pepper and stir to blend.
Bring sauce to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce thickens
and turns clear.

Creamy dill sauce with lemon

1 c sour cream
1 t fresh dill weed
1 t fresh lemon juice
1/2 t parsley
1/4 t kosher salt
combine ingredients-mix well ;cover and chill for 2-48 hours adjust seasonings
as necessary serve slightly chilled.
