Recipe(tried): Earthquake Cake (cake mix)

Misc.
Hi...My hairdresser just told me about one this morning...it sounds great

In a 13X9 pan spread 1 cup of coconut on top of that one cup of chopped pecans. Using a german chocolate cake mix, prepare it according to directions on the package and pour over coconut and pecans. Melt 8 oz of cream cheese with one box of powdered sugar and pour over cake mix. Take a knife and swirl it thru the pan just to mix slightly. Bake in oven according to cake mix directions.

She called this an Earthquake cake. She makes it for all her potlucks and family reunions. Enjoy!Kim
