Recipe: Bennigan's Guinness Glaze (copycat recipe)

BENNIGAN'S GUINNESS GLAZE
(copycat recipe)

1 (12 oz) bottle or can Guinness
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and simmer until reduced by about half. Sauce will thicken quite a lot as it cools. Store in refrigerator.

TO USE:
Brush generously on burgers, steak or meat of your choice just before removing from grill.
