EASIEST YET CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water OR in microwave oven according to package instructions.
Quickly add peanut butter and milk, stirring until well mixed.
Pour into an 8x8-inch pan which has been lightly buttered or sprayed with vegetable spray. Refrigerate to chill. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
Makes 64 pieces, 1 1/4 pounds
