EASY BANANA CAKE
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts or raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8x8-inch square pan.
Cream butter and sugar; add bananas and beat thoroughly.
Combine flour with baking soda and salt; add to banana mixture. Stir in nuts or raisins. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
