Recipe(tried): Easy Cube Steak

4-6 pieces of cube steak
1-2 tsp. Dale's Marinade (soy sauce will do)

Spray a microwave-safe dish with PAM. Place the cube steak on the dish and microwave for 3-4 minutes, or until steak is done.

GRAVY
1 sliced onion
1 sliced bell pepper
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1/2 soup can of water

Combine the olive oil, onions, bell pepper, and garlic and microwave until onions are transparent--about 6 minutes. Remove the bowl from the microwave and drain the veggies. Add the soups and the water. Put the cube steaks into the soup mixture and microwave for 15-20 minutes on half-power-50. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
