Misc.Kelly,WA (09:21:39) : Delicious and Easy Post Roast
Put your uncooked pot roast in a baking pan that has a cover, a deep dish frying pan that has a cover, or a crock pot.
Pour in one or two CANS of French Onion Soup (not the powdered mix), add some baby carrots, some new potatoes cut in 1/2 or quarters, any other veggie you want. I usually add some bok choy (instead of chopped celery) and mushrooms. You could also throw in a chunk of cabbage (cut in chunks). You could also add tomatoes if you want. Cover and cook. I usually cook this on top of the stove for 3-4 hours so the pot roast falls apart.
If you want you can also add a can of cream of (something) soup. I personally prefer this without the add'l soup.
