Recipe: easy dinner recipes

Misc.

(I had trouble posting this earlier. Hope it doesn't get posted twice. If so, I apologize!)
Here are 2 of my favorites:
Spaghetti Pizza
1-1lb pkg spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
8-12 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
pepperoni slices
Combine cooked spaghetti, margarine, and milk. Then put in 9X12 pan. Pour sauce over. Layer cheese and pepperoni (can also add other pizza ingredients.) Bake 25-30 minutes@350 degrees. I cut this recipe in half and bake it in a 9X9 dish.
Chicken Casserole
3cans chicken
8 oz. uncooked macaroni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups milk
8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
Mix the night before and refrigerate. Before baking, dot with butter. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour @350 degrees. I also cut this recipe in half.
