NO-BAKE MARGARITA CHEESECAKE
1 Block regular or light Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Gourmet Village Margarita Mix
2 tbsp white tequila
250 ml container Cool Whip
Graham Cracker Crust
Zest of 1/2 Lime
Mix cream cheese, margarita mix, and tequila until smooth. Gradually fold whip cream into cheese mixture until evenly mixed. Spread over crust, smooth surface, sprinkle with lime zest and decorate with fresh lime slices. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
We found the Gourmet Village Mix in Canada and recently purchased it online here in the states from William James Trading Company.
This is a great easy recipe for Cinco de Mayo.
