EASY ORANGE ICE CREAM
1 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1/2 cup frozen orange-juice concentrate, thawed
In blender whirl half-and-half and sugar until foamy and sugar has dissolved. Whirl in peel and concentrate.
Pour into an 8-inch square pan. Cover and freeze until almost firm.
Transfer to large bowl; beat until slushy. Return to pan; cover and freeze until firm.
Makes 6 servings
