Recipe: Cauliflower with Almonds or Walnuts (James Beard recipe, 1980's)

CAULIFLOWER WITH ALMONDS OR WALNUTS

Place a cooked drained whole cauliflower or florets in a heated serving dish. Cover with 1/2 cup melted butter in which you have sauteed 1/2 cup sliced almonds until just delicately brown. Or, instead of almonds use 1/2 cup finely chopped black walnuts.
