Recipe: Easy Overnight Breakfast Strata

Easy Overnight Breakfast Strata

1 Pound Italian Sausage
8 eggs
10 Slices bread; Cubed
3 Cups milk
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese; Shredded
10 Oz Broccoli, Frozen, Chopped; thawed
2 Tablespoons Butter; melted
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
2 Teaspoons basil
1 Teaspoon salt

In skillet, brown sausage, drain. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake one hour or until set.
