Recipe: Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (no flour)

EASY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1 cup peanut butter (can use smooth or crunchy)
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or M&M's)*

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Use teaspoon size portions to make balls of dough in an ungreased cookie sheet. Place at least 1-inch apart. Gently press each ball with a fork (or spoon).
