Egg and Sausage Souffle
From: Betty Crocker Creative Recipes No. 38
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
6 eggs, beaten slightly
1 pound bulk pork sausage, browned and drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Serves 6
